NYCHA buildings are NYC housing authority- the city owns them. Not sure if you would be able to find out if a particular tenant ever lived there.

I recall another poster asking about this adress earlier, a student from Hungary or something. But I might be wrong.

I recall correspondence from Helen Herbert on National Housing Authority letterhead to my Aunt back in the 1930's. They were not business letters. So I wonder what the connection with her to this might be?
