house&barn is on a distinguished road
Question Music vs. Art Studio

OK, I am puzzled as to what musicians are looking for in a studio/recording space. Over the past two weeks we've had two individuals who have their own recording studios look at our converted barn which is part of our property that also includes a separate 4 BR house which we are selling. The barn was converted for use as an art studio and so the acoustics was not of primary concern. I always thought you needed special padded sound proof rooms for recording? So am I wasting my time even showing our property to musicians?
