i love the bronx, but i want to leave to better my kids future. everywhere you go wil have bad areas, but im gonna take a chance in nj. it cant be as bad as nyc besides newark,, camden, irv etc.. its still has areas with low crime. im nervous to leave because i been here since i was born 27 years ago but mb i can make it. u think i can make it lol?

obviously a landlord would charge market rate.....just wondering how many people in the community would be able to afford that market rate thats all

Well since I have 0 problems finding market rate tenants....I would say that the market rate rent as it is right now is either just right or too low!

Boriguapo....I am sure you will do fine..you are Boricua after all!

well I didnt leave to nj. I want to know if at 1 am is it safe to get off the 2 train at 220th st and white plains rd. I'm planning on moving to Barnes and 221st and my husband get home around that time or is there another stop he can get off on and be safe. Does anyone know the area?

I take the 2 to Allerton and i've never had a problem, I've heard the area around 220 and above can be rough, maybe you should take a trip to that area one day and get a vibe of the neighborhood
