Default Getting from Manhattan to Wilton, CT??

I am going to be in NYC on November 2 and need to be in Wilton, CT on November 4. Could someone be so kind as to let me know the best way to accomplish this (needless to say, I DON'T want to rent a car). And then I would need to get from Wilton, CT to La Guardia Airport on the morning of the November 5. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Metro North has a train that runs to Wilton from Grand Central or Harlem 125th. You will need to transfer in South Norwalk. Check mta.info for scheduled/fares. As far as getting from Wilton to LGA... I'd recommend taking Connecticut Limo Connecticut Limo or taking the metro north to Harlem 125th street and switching to the M60 bus if you are strapped for cash.
