Understood. Can't wait until NYC pulls itself out of these embarrassing situations.

My kind of city!
Pile it HIGH baby!!!
With all NYC has to offer, you have to pull this stunt? Really?
The world does work the way we want it to. Somethings are better if you accept them as is. Rats, trash, whatever......it is what it is.

Until the war on terror is over, than nyc can worry about its sanitation problems. In mean time our trash is hauled away to places like Ohio and West Virgina. A lot of people from Ohio live in NYC and the trash they consume here goes back home to ohio, sick irony.

You think anyone else is happy with the trash? Stay where you live, it'll be one less person whose trash the city has to deal with. But seriously NYC has much worse problems (public schooling, the entirety of the MTA, the NYPD) than it's horrible ways of dealing with trash. I'm sure it's on the list and they'll get to it later.
Now if you're referring to the abysmal littering situation, have fun getting cursed out when you try to stop someone from doing it...

Eh, I'm evaluating NYC compared to California's big three of SF, LA and SD. That's a tough standard to top. The magic and energy of Manhattan has a chance. But not if a simple subway ride is almost certain to mean dancing with rats.

Yeah I've taken my boss (who's from Jersey and takes the PATH) on the subway before and felt so embarrased. It was hot, crowded, dirty... IT was just really bad. I guess you get used to it, but NONE of us like it either, believe me.

Skyway...NYC has nothing to prove to you or anyone. It is the greatest city in the world...but was never billed "the perfect city in the world." You know why? Cuz there ain't one!
As soon as you make yourself perfect in everyone's eyes, then you can expect NYC to be perfect next, deal? Until then, we will just make fun of you so you should probably go away now before I put a rat in your size 18 sweatpants.
Nothing to like about skyway31; your comment is an embarrassment.
