So I have been told by many "in the know" that Brooklyn varies from block to block as far as safety goes, especially Flatbush. But my experts don't seem as familiar with East Flatbush so I figured I'd ask here.

How is the block around Clarkson and East 96th, by the 3 train?

It's the hood. For the record, the 90s are one part of Brooklyn I hate going to. And I've been to almost every bad neighborhood in the city. But over there sucks BIG time
