If you drive by the FDR in the morning and go in between the 125th St. exit and the Triborough (now RFK) bridge entrance ramp, you'll usually see this fellow right under the triborough entrance:



Just wondering what are your thoughts on this guy and what interesting signs have you seen from him.

Pearl Harbor? He doesn't look old enough to have participated in that....survivors from Pearl Harbor are in their 80s or 90s now.....maybe his pops was a vet?

I guess it's to make you remember Pearl Habor... or maybe it was the first thing that popped into his head when he made the sign
