Let me ask the most important question. Is that area safe?

I will tell everyone a few days before what I will be wearing..it will be something fairly obvious. I cannot speak to the parking situation in the area....I encourage those coming to take public transportation. I will provide some basic directions as the date approaches....for more details feel free to click on the website!

I have heard good things about this place thusfar!

No the area is not safe AT ALL! It's right next door to Pratt University and artsy college students are dangerous. I don't like how they walk around with those books and art supplies. The area is also flanked to the north and south and east by Hasidic Jews. I don't know about you all, but it really makes me nervous to see them roaming the streets in packs with those strollers! I remember once, I walked up there (I live a few blocks away) and there was a woman dressed in a long black skirt with a STROLLER ! And what was even more frightening was she was with her husband and their three kids! Personally, I try and avoid the area because it is plagued with conservative Hasidics and hipster college students. Between all of the conservative black clothing and skinny jeans, I just don't feel safe.

It's by the G train. Which despite not going into Manhattan is actually not so difficult of a line to navigate since it connects with the A/C/L/F and it is remarkably reliable. The parking is like most all NYC venues: on the street. I have parked in the area and I didn't have a problem getting a spot. Beers on tap are $6. Review the the link: Brooklyn Tap House - Home

I don't think it's a good idea to head into an all black neighborhood on a summer weekend night. Why do you guys keep picking hoods? There is a real possiblity we encounter a group of knuckleheads.

Congratulations! You get the award for the most racist comment ever! My real fear is meeting someone like you who is a small minded bigot.

The area is Hasidic with a pronounced number of college students from Prat. The area itself is pushing 80% white....
