lol, I'd give my left nut (if I had a left nut) for a 68 degree day, even if it's rainy. I'm envious of you!

It's safe to say by the time the train comes, I look like I went swimming.

If the OP didn't like the weather on the day he started this thread, he must be having a fit today!

Its certainly mega hot but I always seem to do well and I just use a good ol' fan. I never owned an AC and never really needed one. The only time the heat every truly bothers me is in the subway...just gross as hell.

Just got a flash flood warning for my neighborhood on my phone. Gotta love thunderstorms!

We MAY get close to that tomorrow...Friday. I'll believe it when I see it (and can turn my AC off that has been running day and night for at least 3 weeks.)

This triple whammy heat wave has been BRUTAL and confirmed my worst fear after the very warm Fall and Spring that we had.

Only thing you can really do is just try to ignore it. Drink lots of water and minimize the time you spend directly in the heat. That's all you can do. Thankfully summer is followed by the most comfortable NYC season which is Fall.

While I am glad the heat wave broke, I am really getting sick of getting stuck in rush hour during these freak NYC flashfloods/down pours.
