It's early in the run so you should be okay at 7:30 AM. As the run continues, the middle of the night is safer. Seniors are probably safe at 8 AM. Handicapped at 10 AM.
Since everyone can get TWO tickets, the smart money is on getting someone to get your ticket for you.

I DON'T wait in those lines, or pretty much ANY lines.
(I wouldnt stand in line from 7:30 AM to 1 PM even for the Second Coming...life is just too short for that. (Fortunately I am not much of a Sondheim fan and INTO THE PARK is just a rotten show...I almost walked out of the Broadway revival.)
I wasn't thrilled with the AS YOU LIKE IT last month at the Delacorte. Shakespeare isn't Shakespeare without a bevy of dead people at the end.
