queens is definitely more expensive... st. albans and springfield gardens are actually in the top 10 for most expensive places to insure your car in the country. I assume flushing is not far behind. average rates there are $3000+ annually.

if you are looking for good car insurance in NY, newyorkmotorinsurance.com is running a good special now. it's the cheapest insurance i've seen in the area. google them.
