hi, for the past month, the ceiling in the middle of my living room has been leaking on and off, and I was told that they fixed the problem upstairs. I live in a coop, and the apartment upstairs is owned by different landlord. Currently, there is a leak and it destroyed my TV because it spread to the bedroom. It looks like total crap. Is there anything I can do? I already told the super.

Did you tell the landlord of your unit?

Your landlord should deal with the damage to your unit. As for the TV, you could sue the upstairs landlord at small claims, but it isn't going to be worth it.
