Is anyone reluctant to let me crush on their couch for one day? (hotel, school)

Yeah, so, the title says it all, am coming to NY for fashion week and am dead near broke. I cannot for my life afford a hotel for 1 night, so is there a good Samaritan on this forum who will let me crush on their couch for 1 night. P.S i cook a good hamlet.

The word is "crash" not "crush." Maybe you should try the barter section of craigslist... that is, if you have something to offer in exchange. There is also a couchsurfing site (google it), but I think there are some specific requirements for joining.
