What people "consider" doesn't matter; what 'is' does.

To answer your question, no!

Riverdale is in the northern Bronx, near the Westchester County border. It is a bit distant from Manhattan.

i just read this...not true?

anyway thanks for the opinion...
It is true, but has NOTHING to do with Riverdale!

^ Try just looking at the map. Riverdale has nothing to do with Manhattan. (No zip code starting with 104 does). Bad algebra; you have to take the course over again!

if marble hill is in manhattan; and kingsbridge is in manhattan; and both are part of riverdale...then doesn't it stand to reason that riverdale, or at least part of it, is in manhattan??

Marble Hill is not in Manhattan,it is only technically a part of New York County and the borough of Manhattan but it is most assuredly not IN( or on) Manhattan. Kingsbridge is not even technically part of Manhattan or New York County. It is a section of The Bronx, as is Riverdale.

Marble Hill is not part of Riverdale and neither is Kingsbridge.
