I didn't say anything about this shooting other than the fact that it once again made Nightcrawler determine that ALL NYPD cops are murderous thugs, an easily dismissible statement.

The same cop that shot this man was also involved in the brutal beating of an INNOCENT suspect (he really was) several years ago resulting in the highest paid brutality case awards ever. This cop is one pretty sick puppy. Why he wasn't fired after this no one knows, but hopefully, this kid's family gets a HUGE settlement and NYPD begins laying plans to fire the other 15 cops involved in the previous brutality case.
In court papers, Tyrell Garcia claimed they sicced a police dog on him and tore up his body by dragging him across a fence — a torture the officers called “a cheese grater.”
Was this kid an angel? No. Was there a need to run his body through metal grade fence to cut him open? Depends on who you ask.
This particular cop has proven to be a sick son-of-a-***** with evil tendencies. He got off scot free in one sick brutality case and was allowed to keep his job with no punishment.

her son is now dead, why, because a trigger happy cop shot him, and now he is dead.
