Back in the mid 90's they had a lottery to sit for the test. The fee was $65 & you paid it. I got the letter that said I wasn't geographically desireable location so I wasn't picked. My friend 5 blocks away from me was picked. He now has 15 years on the job.
Anybody know how being put back on the current list works because if there is another class I should be called because they passed my list# already I called dcas to be put back on the list but I only received a letter confirming my change of address but nothing saying that back on the list

You have to write a reinstatement letter & take it to the DCAS office @ 1 Centre Street.
Not sure of the floor or office number. Dcas should tell you exactly where though.
