Support for opening an Immersion School? (private schools, education, rating)

Hello!

I am currently pursuing my degrees in French/Business with a minor in Chinese. I am planning on opening an Immersion School, where the children are immersed in French and Mandarin, right here in Richmond for familes who want an alternative to public school education. I feel that the curriculm I have to offer would be greatly appreciated by families in this area because it offers what public school is lacking and what isn't all inclusive in all private schools in the area.

I am very passionate about the school, however, it takes enormous funds to start a school. What I am looking to do is make this a community effort.

I am just wondering how many parents here would be interested in enrolling their child in this sort of school? I would like to know if the school would be in demand.

This is the thread I posted in my local forum (Richmond, VA). I am reposting it here in NYC because I do understand that there is a lot of people looking to play a hand in education reform and to better shape the future for the next generation. I am seeking involvement from people on the east coast and if this is something that you'd be interested in helping with, I would greatly appreciate it and would like for you to contact me. It takes a lot of support and funds to build a school for a community and if you can help or know someone who can, please contact me. I am seeking assistance with shaping the curriculm, forming a business proposal/plan, generating money to help build the school and get everything started.
