call me crazy, but as I was leaving the house at 12:20 today, I saw a nearly full moon peeking through the clouds. It wasnt high in the sky, but high enough and quite visible. is this normal? anyone else seen a large moon in the sky today?

It happens sometimes.

Why Can We See the Moon During the Day?

Nothing related to the Mayans.

it's an honest question, I'm not trying to sound paranoid but I don't think I've ever seen a moon that big at noon before.

Seriously though, I've seen the moon at all times of the day. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I've definitely seen the moon during the day before. Usually with the visibility you have in the city it's not as common as outside of the city, but definitely not out of the ordinary.

Either that or yeah end of the world.

You can't see a full moon during the day; that's physically impossible.

It was a huge asteroid hurtling towards the Earth at 15,000 mph. Look up tomorrow, it will be MUCH larger.

The moon looked strange on Tuesday night actually. Very large and low in the sky. The galactic alignment happens tomorrow, this is a fact but has happened before and is not a harbinger of Earth's destruction.

There have been many active occurrences in the cosmos this year. This universe is as mysterious as it is beautiful. If there was no artificial light for a clear evening one would grow weak kneed at the marvel of the night sky.
