Those areas were all considered crime ridden and just too dangerous, but now look. The same exact thing will happen in Brownsville. My advice...Better get in now on the ground floor...Later you'll be priced out. Hehehehehe
I don't know about the part in bold. East New York, yes, but not so much Brownsville though great if you can prove that wrong.

millions2nette must be a real estate agent... Ask any realtor when is the best time to buy. The answer is always - right now!!!
If prices are low - "prices are at the bottom, you will never get those kind of deals again in your life - buy now!!"
If prices are high - "prices will continue to go up, this is your last chance. Buy now!!!!"

Get a real job. I'm amazed Internet hasn't replaced you people by now.

Some people wrap Ocean Hill into Brownsville. If that's the case than there are some blocks with nice architecture.

I regard Ocean Hill boundaries as south of Broadway, north of Atlantic, east of Ralph and the Junction in the east. Brownsville proper is located south of the Atlantic. Yes, Ocean Hill contains some gems.

Isn't Ocean Hill generally considered part of Bed-Stuy?

I think so but it's with Brownsville for both community board and police precincts.

I think ENY ave would be the southern border rather than Atlantic ave. But not entirely sure.
