Thats ridiculous.
Those are some of the anti gun policies put in place by theses anti gun politicians. Just another way of saying we don't want you to own a gun.

anti guns in the hands of the public is a little bit different of guns in the police and military force that protect the innocent public from harm.

on second thought, let's just pull the guns away from all of our military over seas. I'm sure they can just talk out their differences.

If I understand it correctly Mayor Bloomberg is anti-gun for the average citizen and I personally don't know anyone who lives in NYC that owns a gun for self-protection. The images here are of the police who need to be armed (and that is different than a private citizen).
