It's annoying and seems to be on the rise. I've also noticed a lot more dudes rapping out loud along to whichever crappy song they are listening to. Equally annoying. You are not a rapper!!!
The ones that amuse me are the ones in cars blasting music so loud you have to look becasue you can feel the bass in your chest. Then you realize that the car windows are UP. Some of these people are going to suffer friggen brain bleeds from burst vessels.
There must be less painful ways to commit suicide.

In addition to the scenario you present, I've seen a ghetto date where a guy and girl are blasting music in their car and just staring at each other -obviously you can't talk at such high decibels- the girl didn't look very happy actually. I wonder why...
Used to do it, but got bored. Doesn't bother me tho. Just ask and they'll turn it down.
