Only The online booklet you need two (2) copies and I believe only the high school transcript you need . It don't say nothing about college transcript.
I read somewhere something about college transcript. N one more question what if your hs is closed where can I get the transcript from? Okay only the only booklet. All the ap forms just one copy then. Thanks
Ima double check if we need to bring a transcript from college as well. If your high school is close call the board of education and they will provide you with the right info and what to do. Yeah correct only the online booklet you need tow copied and the rest of the forms one copie. Anytime
Anyone can answer this question. If u have Medicaid r the NYPD able to get ur medical records or prescription u pick up if u don't tell them? R they allow to? Or they can't??
