I'm currently looking for an apt, going to view an apt located by nameoke beach channel drive How is this location?
Is it well mixed? Is it clean? Will I be safe? Is it ghetto? Are they're empty lots and dead end streets , does it look desolate ? Whats nearby there?

That area is close to the LIRR station and a little run down. But its not necessarily too bad. The nice parts and apartments in Far Rockaway are in the Jewish section.

One positive note, In the summer when it gets real hot you will be walking distance to the beach where you will keep cool.

Its the hood. You're a block or 2 away from Redfern Houses. Lived in Far Rockaway my whole life. Ask me anything.

No. That particular intersection she named is prolly a 20-30 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Far Rockaway, parts of it are on high ground, so there are areas with little to no water damage.

Though any areas potentially had to deal with falling trees or debri.
