Tre E&E stakehouse across the street from the O'Neill theater (Book of Mormon is playing there). Good food, great service, cheaper than Del Frisco's or the Palm.

I went to the Strip House yesterday. Really good steak, much better than Keens. And good dessert (fricking enormous piece of chocolate cake) and good service too. I went to the 12th street location, so I can't vouch for the midtown one, but I'd guess it's the same. Was about $100pp before tip including wine, but we didn't have any appetizers which would bump it up.
