You just have to keep your eye on different events, and smaller schools for occasional classes.

Are you thinking of buying a co-op? If so, there's the book called, I think, The Co-op Bible.

Neighorhood Housing services runs these seminars. Welcome To the NHS of New York City Web Site!

they are available in different neighborhoods and are geared more towards people with lower and middle incomes.
