I think you should call around more. I know recommendations are hard to come by, but here are three to call. I haven't used them, but they were recommended by smart people:

First I would recommend to compare as many rates as possible and to get recommendations from people who have purchased before. My attorney was recommended by the bank rep at Wells Fargo and I'm now finding out he is charging me $1k more than the reasonable price. He recommended Andy Cutler. Do not use him or anyone that will charge more than $1,500. Good luck.
