There are a lot of websites out there that can tell you everything you want to know about a residential building in New York City. StreetEasy can show you floorplans and amenities. The Department of Buildings can tell you how a place is zoned or what its roof is used for. The library can give you a detailed history. But there's no resource that brings all these elements together. Enter, Condopedia, a wiki for condo and co-op buildings.
