No I don't have experience in small claims court as far as suing...I watched my wife get sued by an appliance guy. She struck a rent to own deal for something that was worth 2 thousand dollars...she had already paid close to 2500 and in reality did not owe anything...but there was that nasty contract and interest and other penalties. The awarded the prick another 500 bucks. Small claims courts are staffed by loser lawyer who can not get a good job in a firm...and the judges are not real judges just chumps...Who ever is considered the one with the most money to being with always win....so if you are suing you can be sure you will win...They are corrupt little places.

Default Small claims

Educate yourself on small claims court rules, this is not so difficult. Soon or later this knowledge will become useful. This is how to do it:

1. Read small claims primer here: https://www.mytestify.com/small_clai...rt_primer.html
This gives general overview of the process in simple terms, I like that flow chart that explains process. That material will get you familiar with basic concepts.

2. Each state law is slightly different. So call your local court clerk and get information on how to file a claim, most of them have decent quality information packages that will help you with filing a claim in small claims court, it’s not very expensive.

3. Enjoy!

p.s. very important to keep your evidence documented and present it in professional manner to the judge
