I saw on the news that it has rope around it. Perhaps it was being moved with a crane and was dropped? In the chaos and confusion of the time, maybe it was just forgotten.

If something that big was overlooked for so long it makes me wonder what else might be found in those alleys downtown.

Fitting it was found wedged next to the building that is to be built in to a Mosque. On a lighter note the Dakota Roadhouse is a great place. I've spent many a nights there having a good time. There is also a really good cake baker located in that building as well, called Cake Alchemy.
