Hi all,

I have been in my condo since the middle of March...and since then, I have had a problem with the washer backing up and leaking water twice. I only use the thing maybe once a week.

The last time it happened (last month around this time) the landlord had to call a plumber out and he had to pull out the washer and snake out the pipes, which had clogs. Landlord said it might have something to do with the condo above us clogging the pipes somehow.

Now, it just happened again today. It's ridiculous, I don't even use it that much.

One of the ONLY perks of this place is the washer dryer. I have a feeling she is getting annoyed because this is probably a big expense for her to keep paying out for a plumber.

Do you think this might be a legitimate reason to break the lease? I doubt it, but it's a huge inconvenience since I don't drive and one of the main reasons I rented this place is because it had a washer/dryer. I don't drive and don't live close to a laundromat.
