I don't think that it is easy to do. there is no rail connection at stewart, you would need to take a cab to a train station.

you would take a train to penn station in NY and change to NJT for a train to princteton jct and from there you take the dinky which is a shuttle to princeton
why did you choose to fly into that airport?? it is probably the worst choice, it would have been much easier to fly into newark, philadelphia, trenton
