central Riverdale needs a nice coffee spot like Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts doesn't count. i mean a nice upscale place where you can really relax and unwind. and with the corner Mobil gas station out of business and the local deli shuttered, it feels like a no- mans land around here with no access to basics like water or an ATM. closest place for that is the Riverdale Supermarket next door to Jake's
Well in that area of Riverdale you really need a car to get around as there are few amenities along Broadway. Central Riverdale has a Starbucks, but you don't have one along Broadway. That Starbucks is okay. I've spent time in there here and there. The service is just okay. I've eaten in Jake's a few times too. Personally I prefer the steakhouse on Riverdale Avenue.

Over the years I've found that to be true here in Riverdale. Riverdale Avenue in particular seems less busy than usual.
