Is there anything worse than the smell of rotting trash all around manhattan in the summer? Just can't fathom a city of the caliber of nyc has trash overflowing streets and sidewalks throughout the city
I was just in Boston and their subway doesn't get hot like ours. How do they do it?
Does Boston have A/C in the stations? Honestly, I have never found the summers in NY to be unbearable, but I'm from Florida. Even the subway stuff I can deal with. But humidity sucks anywhere.

The subways are probably a lot cleaner and the stations aren't like the NYC ones ---- even in winter, the NYC subway stations seem hot and stuffy and disgusting. I'm sure the Boston subway stations have some kind of a/c pumped in.
I'm a hot climate kind of guy....I love my change of seasons but there's nothing like a hot muggy NYC summer. Of course I have an AC in every room though

Eh, I don't like the summers up here either. It's not so much the hot temperature, though I'm not a big fan of that either, but it's the damn humidity. I can't walk these streets for 5 minutes without starting to sweat. I'm much more of a spring or autumn dude. A day in the 60s with cool breeze is perfect for ya boy. I live for that.
