To NYC Subsidy Troll:
Why are you saying it's deplorable that this was in the Asian newspapers? Should Asians need not apply? Are you racist? This was also in AM New York. Should all minorities not apply as well? I think you're deplorable!!!

Park Clinton'ers,

We have SOLD OUT of the Cooperative Apartments at The Park Clinton.

13,896 lottery applications were rec'd in the Lottery.

For future subsidized home ownership opportunities, Google: HPD home owner lotteries and register your email address. HPD will send and e-blast when future opportunities become available.

Thanks for your interest.

All,

Unrelated to Park Clinton.

I have a 1 bedroom (652 Sq. Ft.) Condo (Subsidized) in Harlem priced at $146,170.00. The monthly maintenance is $506.00.

The catch is that the maximum income for a household of 1 person is $49,000.00 and the maximum income for household of 2 is $57,000.00.

With a 5% down payment, the estimated total cash requirement is $18,000.00.

The 11th floor apartment is located at 362 St. Nicholas Ave (corner of West 128th St.)

I will schedule an open house next week and anticipate being in-contract by the end of September.

This apartment will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, based on preliminary subsidy eligibility.

If you are interested, please contact me by email at NYCSUBSIDYHOMES@gmail.com.

Note: interested applicants will be required to submit copies of 1) Pay Stubs, 2) Bank Statements, 3) Current Lease (only NYC residents are eligible) , 4) W-2's and 1040's for 2011, 2012, & 2013, and 5) Photo ID. Upon preliminary review, a credit/criminal history check will be required and the cost is $50.00 (money order only).

Mike Reed, Real Estate Broker

This is not an offer, and offer can only be made upon the issuance of the offering plan approved by the Atty General of New York State.

Park Clinton'ers,

As you know, the City is focusing it's housing resources on Rentals.

I do know that a Condo is in the works for 2015.

It's called Navy Green (Brooklyn Community Board #2). It will have 74 affordable and 20 Market-Rate residences. The affordable apartments will be 1-2-3 bedrooms.

Register for the HPD e-blast at HPD.NYC.GOV.

Also, there are current owners of affordable coops (primarily in Harlem) who are now selling.

If you are interested in moving uptown, email me at nycsubsidyhomes@gmail.com.

Also, if you have any home ownership questions, I'm ready and willing to help.

Michael Reed, Real Estate Broker
