Certainly better. The law abiding driver shouldn't have a scratch on him. I have no sympathy for the attackers. If they all died, it would be because they caused it. Most NY'ers have a strange view on self defense. A citizen does not need to submit to violent criminals to satisfy some liberal wet dream.
So instead of a broken leg, we would have at least one dead and likely others along with a slew of possible injuries. Sounds like a great solution.

I have friends who are bikers, not all are awful like the ones depicted in the video...those are pretty vile bunch of lowlifes who deserves to die or go to prison.
