Hi all,

We are moving into a coop in Forest hills in a couple of month, on the south side of Queens, around 76th road. As our coop doesn't come with a parking spot, we are looking at garages around. Most seem to charge 200+ for monthly parking. Alternative is street parking, which means moving your car once a week (assuming you can fine a spot), and increased chance of getting scratched.

Does anyone recommend a particular garage in that neighborhood that charges less than average?

Thanks

bump...would love to know as well...i'm right on the boundary between forest hills and kew gardens so a garage in either area would work.

Pretty sure $200 to $350 is the going rate for a garage space in the area.

If the garage situation there is anything like it is in my neighborhood, it's hard to find any garage spot at all. You could check queens parking & storage classifieds - craigslist and also keep an eye out for signs posted on buildings.
