what if you already accepted the job? And you start in two weeks, forogt to let them know cuz you were SOOOO excited about getting it, that you have a pre-paid vaction already planned for next year!!..how do you tell them?> I ve started an email to let them know( since its their main way of communication) havent finished it cuz I can use some pointers...time is running out..I start 11/26. Help please. can I still save myself without jeopardizing thier fatih in me?

You should just tell them. I actually did the same thing - I accepted a job completely forgetting that I would be away for a week during Christmas. Your vacation isn't until next year, I think it's plenty of fair warning.

I would be honest and tell them that you were excited to join their company and forgot everything else.

Just be honest. Worst comes to worst they might ask that you not take the vacation if you want to keep the position. But I don't think that will happen. Employers are usually pretty understanding about these type of things.
