It's my hope that the city police force will actually perform its fundamental duty to protect the public, and make a major effort to stop these animal biker thugs with a zero-tolerance program.
Are they all one giant clique or this is something new, dirty and on the rise ? Seems like it's always the same pattern too! They tend to have no licenses, run the red light, block traffic, pollute the air , drive on sidewalks, showoff, ect, ect, ect.
