White Americans condemned these acts by these sick sexual abuser animals all the time! Just look at the comments in any news story about these sexual abuse story where a white sex offender has been arrested. So are Black people condemning these acts of these Black thugs? Do they also see this Knockout game as a Hate crime? Do you?
It has to do with race. These Black thugs are going around finding White people (or Asians) to Knockout. They see it as a race thing first. To go out and find that different race color person fist and then go an attack them. And well we are seeing it as a race thing too.
Actually, I believe mental illness is at play. There's no discernment between right and wrong; this is clearly a sign of pathology.

My point is, no one argues that people should keep their children away from all European American males, despite the fact that European American males are far more likely to be child sexual predators than other ethnic groups.
To answer your question, any person who is of a sound mind, strongly condemns the so called "knockout game," because it's harmful and hateful.

At some point in their life, every thug makes a conscious decision to be a thug. Slavery, poverty, racism etc.. are all pathetic excuses for thug behavior.

If a parent wants to, they certainly should not be considered racist for doing so.
When European American teens commit violent crimes, most people do not make blanket statements about all European Americans. People simply make comments about the act. Furthermore, many will inevitably discuss mental illness as the primary cause, without ever alluding to faulty parenting, community norms, etc., when the perpetrators are European American.
Also, let's not get into the "who can claim African ancestry" discussion, because you will lose this debate. Currently, there's an entire group of people who have no actual ties to the Middle East, yet they continue to call themselves "Jews" and demand that everyone acknowledge them as such. When these people are questioned about their "birth right" to land in the Middle East, they state that their blood lineage from over 2000 years ago proves their "Jewish" lineage.
If certain Europeans and Americans can lay claim to their "Jewish" ancestry, surely people who have over 90% of the same DNA and genome as those in West Africa can lay claim to their African heritage. Therefore, the term African American is 100% accurate to describe those who are primarily of West African ancestry.
I remember reading that about 80% of AAs DNA is sub Saharan African on average. Never seen it estimated as high as over 90%

The percentage varies, but the point is, African American lineage is primarily rooted in Africa, just as European American lineage is primarily rooted in Europe.
