Come on we only need like 6 more inches to top the 2010-11 blizzard year for total snowfall. So far we're like 30 inches above average so not like we're promised to see it again. Could move to 3rd snowiest season in nyc history they said

I get a laugh about all the snow talk on here. Can see why some would love the OT. Reminds me when my dad was a sanman back in the 1960s. He was on the job close to 20 years by that time. One Christmas Eve, with the whole family over, it started to snow. Sure enough the phone starts ringing. My parents didnt answer. A while later there is a knock on the door. My father promptly hid in a closet. Guess it was a foreman sent to round up guys. My mom just said he is not home....as the guy peers in a house with my relatives enjoying the holiday. Considering at that time most of his garage in brooklyn were Italians, that foreman had no chance on xmas eve of getting too many guys to show up.
