the class hired 125? i was under the impression each class was of size 100.. this is definitely good news for me.. is every class 125 people large? or are some classes smaller/bigger than others?
They range in that area...there was one with 100...one with 106...when I got on we had 126.
i dislocated my shoulder about 5 years ago.. i didnt need surgery and i didnt have surgery.. my shoulder healed and has been fine since.. i lift weights and never had a problem with my shoulder.. during the interview will i be asked about any injuries ive had in my life? should i tell the truth about my shoulder dislocation? will this DQ me?
Yeah you should tell them....then buy this bridge I'm selling.
It's a physical. They're going to ask you to press against them etc to test your strength and do xrays. If they see buying wrong, you're fine. They are now legally responsible for you. If you people walk in there advertising every nick, scrape, and cut you've ever had...you're all going to be DQed and sent to get your own doctors to clear you which means you'll get hired but months to a year later.
It amazes me because people ALWAYS seem to lie about arrests and then get caught and tossed (several from my own class) when all you have to do is be honest. Yet on the medical everyone wants to sit down and disclose everything when all you need to do is sit there, perform the tasks they say, and be quiet.
It's funny because awol is trying to beat around the bush but I already did my 20 years so I don't care. If they don't find it, it didn't happen. Shut up and take the tests. Deal with it if you fail the xrays. They don't need to know your knee makes a popping sound sometimes or your shrink diagnosed you with depression or you broke your ankle in 1986.
Lolol....but let me re state that with arrests you should list everything. Even if found innocent...list it...get proof (CODs etc) and have it with you at FP. Because even after you're hired...they won't be checking medical history (cause they can't legally) but they have 3 years to continue to check criminal history and education history. Saw someone almost done with probation called in to verify their high school diploma from another country.
thanks for the information guys.. very helpful as usual! but i just want to be 100 percent clear here.. i wont bring up every scrap and scratch if im not asked about my medical history.. but during the interview, will i be interrogated about my medical history? if yes, should i leave out my shoulder injury? thanks in advance!

There's no interview. As I said...they'll take an ekg, heading, vision, xrays, blood test, and push on his hands etc to show strength. Interrogated about medical history...lololol...those guys couldn't spell interrogated
Was there any word on what happened with that meeting?
it's an ongoing thing
