So, here are some lingering questions that I think a lot of people would like to have answered. There are some conflicting answers in the thread, so I'm organizing the questions here for anyone who is certain of the answers to respond to.

-- What is the cost of one car parking space?
-- What is the cost of one bicycle parking space?
-- Is the cost of a gym membership per person or per unit?
-- How much do the washers/dryers cost?
-- Upon signing the lease, is the move in date flexible?

Thanks. (My boyfriend and I signed off a floor unit for a one bedroom and are expecting a call any day)

I'm pretty certain the bicycle parking space is going to be $300/year.

The garage car parking price is going to be determined by the company running the parking garage. The building is not running that portion of it.
