Is it me or does Cypress Hills have a lot of potential? (Warwick: good schools, income)

Once CH goes you can kiss the entire original BK goodbye as some others here had said in the past. There are 2 renovated homes up for sale just 1 block and a half away from me and today I saw 'white people' checking it out on both locations on that same block.

Those little blocks are awesome. The dead end of Barbey Street is sick, if I ever moved out of my area, Cypress Hills would definitely be on my list.
Indeed. My favorite sections in CH would be the northwest in the direction of Sunnyside Ave and Highland Blvd and also the east in the direction of Hemlock St.
Interesting row-houses on that block but it needs to be refurbished and it really needs some trees.
For less one can move to a 'greener' block below Jamaica Ave.
