If you did not file in 2012, that may be a problem because thats what they ask for. But what you can do is take your filing from 2011 and explain to them why you didnt file 2012
I read somewhere if it's applicable bring them, I didn't file either of those years because I was a full time student
I feel like going to there office and ask them myself what exactly do they need before my Appt. I would hate to waste my time and money for nothing.
I really hope they go by what I made in 2013, as I made way less in 2012. If they go by what I made in 2012, then I'm wasting my time. It doesn't make any sense. They should go by what you are currently making.

You're last 6 paystubs is most definitely a factor because that is how they calculate your current salary. I made wayyyy less in 2012 because I took a leave of absence from work but they didn't see it as an issue. You are fine.

Did anybody who already had his/her interview wasn't require to pay for their credit check?.. I know someone who got picked for an interview but his letter didn't list the $25 money order for credit check. The person still submitted the documents to the management office and the person who conducted the interview didn't even ask for any money order. Did anyone here had the same experience?
Reading all the previous posts about being put on waiting lists..I don't even know if we should even waste our time with the interview. First off our log # is HIGH in the 10ks-we are gunning for a 2 or 3 BR - sigh these things are just a toss up.
so sorry to hear you guys have been wait listed
but i dont think skipping the interview is a good idea. people change their minds everyday, or all sorts of things can happen, someone could get some other apartment they wanted, someone could not have all the fees they need on time. you never know. being on the wait list is better than nothing. at least once you've been interviewed and cleared for the wait list you are good, if you skip the interview you're out all together and you will never be reconsidered.

I agreed with what you said. I think everybody so consider going because One person's info may be different for others.
