Has anyone signed a lease or moved in yet? I am still approved, and I am just wondering how much longer I will have to wait to sign my lease?

Studio or 1 bedroom / 60% / non-preference application.

My current lease is ending soon. I hope I hear from them within the next week.

I email the leasing administrator every week, lol. I don't want to come off as a nuisance. I was told they are currently in the second phase of waiting. Anyone familiar with this?

I was told by the city that k and r realty must first fulfill the community and disability preference before they review my application...I have a preference as a municipal employee. This information would have been so helpful at the time of the interview. Now my lease is up and I'm crashing at someone's home. I've decided to put this on the back burner.
