@Joyero. Both of them yes. But the previous one before that one is under. This year I will be making under. If I add another person, I would qualify. They would be eventually be living with me. So, I don't know what I should do. And it was told to me there was a couple of two bedrooms available.
I was told that if it was below 50 degrees out the heat was covered by them. and yesterday it was 45 degrees. so i dont think we'll pay for it
i dont know how HR specifically works, but generally landlords will not crank up the entire building's furnace for 1 day below 50 degrees, thats why they have the cold months rule for when its consistently below 50.
Did anyone get approve for an apartment and owe IRS
I don't think it matters who you owe, unless it's an outstanding debt...You can own money to credit card companies, banks, hospital bills etc....but if you are on top of all payments, you are fine. Trust me I owe 5 credit cards, car loan under my name and I just finished paying off in 2013 over three thousand to the IRS from owed taxes in 2009. However, every single one I payed on time, never missed a payment, and now I am on top of my game. Recently consolidated 5 creds into my Credit union Banks and my credit is skyrocket high..right under 800..
So you shouldn't be affected if you owe the IRS as long as you are paying and no enforcement action has been taken against you for any other debt.
@ sancocho..How you like the apartment? you went today right? Hope you sign lease asap. Get it over with lol.

Good luck on your interview. There should be no reason why you should be affected. Everyone has to pay uncle Sam and some point.
