Hello all!! I have been following this thread for some time. I never commented before, but I just wanted to let you all know how informative it has been. I just signed a lease this morning!! I am going to be on the 12th floor (1br) and my move in date is November 15th. I will try to post pictures a little later. I started the process in May and got a call from Avalon on Monday.

Hi everybody im new to this site and im so happy that I found it, all of the info has been helpful. A little bit about where im at in the process, I applied late last year, and I had an interview a couple of weeks ago, and also have been told to send in some more paperwork and gave them my $25 deposit for credit check. So now im waiting to hear back from them. I was starting to give up but now thanks to all of your info I see that this is a long process. Congrats to everyone who got their apartments and I hope to be your neighbor soon. If anybody can share pics of their apartment that would be great as I am curious how they are. My email is cookt117@gmail.com

Also does anybody know if they have a bike storage, and is that an extra cost? Thanks

Hey there, a question about pay stubs. How often are they going to ask me for them after my interview?

They asked us about 3 times before they sent our paper work to the city but it all depends actually on how long your paper work stay with them because they have to keep updating it

Depending on how long each part of the process takes...you will need to provide current pay stubs and bank statements. Looking back...I provided pay stubs and statements in June and August. They may have a period of 60 days that stubs are good for until they need new ones to keep the process going. They will want the statements to make sure you don't have any other deposits. If you do...you will have to do an affidavit to explain them.
