A question to all the people who moved in, just curious, I had my interview a couple of weeks ago. My question is how long did it take you to move in after your first interview?

I had my first interview in May. I signed a lease last week. So it takes quite some time.

For all of those who recently interviewed for the apartment that are non-preference. May I ask what your log number is?

I've gotten the letter in the mail for this apartment in April and was denied for whatever reason and here I am five months later with another letter in the Mail asking for the same documents is it worth doing the process all over again? My log number is in the 1700's

What are amenities at this place, does it have a doorman, a gym, etc?

Do they raise the rent after a year or something? I've got letter to submit documents a week ago, and want to move but worry about increase at renewal.

Oh and one more, when they call for interview after submit the documents?

The previous comment sounds like no washer dryer in the room but the laundry room. And gym is for 100 per month.

If anyone know about storage room(where I can put bike or stuff), please tell us!

Washer and dryer is not provided in the apartment, it is located in the basement. Gym is $100 per month. Bike storage is also located in the basement. Rent is stabilized and no it isn't raised after a year.
