Reason you hear "Jewish" names and or members of that faith connected so often real estate is that the religion lone among others actually encourages if not requires Jews to seek out and or own property. It is why almost everywhere in the world you go historically and today where possible you find Jews own property, often substantial amounts This gathering up and or having wealth/assets often is one of the main reasons Jews were targeted in Europe and elsewhere by various horrible acts including the "Final Solution" by the Nazis. That looted artwork is still turning up in Germany some 60 years after the end of WWII gives you an idea of the wealth of some Jews.
In New York the large quasi royal real estate "families" are mostly all Jewish, Lefrak, Palin, etc.. No, Donald Trump is *not* Jewish but his daughter converted to marry one.
As a landlord myself who also has other landlord friends, I can confirm that a lot of Jewish landlords are slumlords. Not all but more so than not.

Would say most are very good at extracting maximum value out of their properties for little investment.
Know NYC "Jewish" landlords that own everything from horrible Yorkville walkup or tenement buildings to fantastic doorman luxury apartment houses. If they pulled the same stunts on the latter as the former the buildings would be empty.
By the way, have you ever thought about why the products in the shops- stores have barcodes?
After all, every enterprise shall have its stamp( or hologram, icon), and get all the goods from different areas-as if produced in one place? This is absurd. The same as shopping malls, which pay the firm-producers only for the fact that they place the goods is absurd. Why is one who produces and must pay the person who produces nothing?

Good point. Jewish landlords do the bare minimum while sucking every penny out the property. As a result, at the end of the day, they may then have more money to buy a new property but at the other building's expense. Personally I couldn't do that. I have too much pride to let my building decay like that.
