That sucks....when I really used to frequent down there, around 2005-2006, I really had a good time every time I went. Maybe the demographics changed in that short period of time, or maybe I wasn't on that side of town, but I didn't see any rednecks.

With that in mind, I want some of your opinions on my expenses (Good, Not Good, Great, Terrible).

Mind you I like the area, and the floorplan is awesome; not one of those railroad apartments where you have to walk through one room to reach another. Makes it easy if I need a roomate.

Rent: $1500
Area: Midwood Kings Highway
Elec: Usually $50-60
